We believe the best food starts with the best ingredients: fresh, local when possible, and prepared to order every time. Our chili is made in-house, fries are hand-cut from potatoes delivered that morning, and buns are baked fresh just hours before they’re served. No shortcuts, no gimmicks just quality food made right.
After returning home from WWII, Paul Trevelline opened a small knickknack shop in Warren, Ohio. When sales were slow, he gave hot dogs a shot and they took off. From that one decision came a tradition: hearty chili dogs, crispy fries, and a loyal following that spans generations. What started as a way to save a shop became a beloved local staple. Today, we carry on Paul’s legacy by serving the same great food at an honest price—one dog at a time.
